Supastack is a social media publishing platform operated by Kill The Dragon GmbH, Dürergasse 3 / TOP 4 / HOF, 1060 Vienna, Austria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Supastack, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or entity per account — shared logins are not permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own your content. By using Supastack, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service — including publishing to your connected social platforms, running safety checks, and calculating analytics.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose beyond providing the service.
You agree not to use Supastack to:
Supastack offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Free trials do not require a credit card. No charges occur until you explicitly subscribe.
Plans with "unlimited" items or users are subject to fair use. Fair use means normal business usage — not automated mass publishing, scraping, or abuse. If your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns, we will contact you before taking any action.
Supastack connects to third-party social media platforms via their APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy changes by those platforms. Platform-specific limitations (character limits, media specs, API restrictions) are documented honestly and may change without notice from the platform providers.
Supastack includes automated content safety checks. These are advisory — we do not guarantee that flagged content is unlawful or that unflagged content is compliant. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish through connected platforms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Supastack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for failed or delayed publishes caused by third-party platform issues.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or outlined in our privacy policy. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Supastack after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Vienna, Austria. If you are a consumer within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
